Jon Clift brings over 25 years of experience in residential home services to Turf Masters. Jon is the CEO of Turf Masters Brands and is focused on the growth of the organization as well as the growth of its people.
Mr. Clift is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience. He has held numerous senior leadership positions within a major residential lawn care brand, including Regional Director, Regional Vice President, and General Manager. Mr. Clift oversaw over 175,000 customers, managed over 800 employees, and established many of the company’s highest-performing regions during his tenure.
Mr. Clift studied Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia and enjoys developing an organization’s people in addition to growing a company’s revenue.
Sal Sacco brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience to Turf Masters, including several assignments as Chief Financial Officer of a private equity backed services company. He joined Turf Masters in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and is leading the development of IT, systems and shared services to support a super-regional footprint.
Prior to joining Turf Masters, Mr. Sacco worked at Outworx Group, a privately held outdoor facilities maintenance company, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer. During his time at Outworx, the business grew organically and via M&A to become one of the leading snow removal and landscaping companies in the U.S., operating in over 30 states with over 900 full-time employees and a significant fleet of equipment and rolling stock. Mr. Sacco studied Accounting at St. John’s University in New York.
Doretha Bailey is Vice President of People Success & Culture. She is responsible for leading Turf Masters Brands’ national team of human resources professionals across multiple states who drive the company’s efforts to be a great place to work. Her focus is on creating opportunities for employee growth and development, recognition and reward for performance, as well as cultivating a healthy inclusive workplace, and employee support. She is also be responsible for executing on a shared corporate vision and establishing direction for the full complement of core people-centric programs, policies, and services.
Doretha has been a leader in Human Resources for 20+ years, focused on driving business results through the unique intersection of strategy, talent, and culture. Her career spans over several industries including telecommunications, intelligence, manufacturing, non-profit, military, pharmaceutical, defense and franchising.
Doretha studied Business Management, Human Resource Management both from Park University, and possesses a Master of Business Management Administration specializing in Global Business Management from American Military University. In addition, she is a certified organizational development professional.
Jill Kornegay is the Vice President of Marketing for Turf Masters Brands. She joined Turf Masters in 2022 after serving as Vice President of Marketing for Green Group. Jill is responsible for executing the brand vision of the platform while also carrying on the legacy visions of the brands that have become part of the Turf Masters family.
Jill brings over 20 years of experience to the team, having been responsible for helping to build many startups along the way. The opportunity to work among businesses in various stages of growth has provided her with a keen eye for market strategy and development. In addition, she greatly enjoys meeting every new business owner we encounter and learning about the story of their growth.
Jill holds a B.A. in Business Administration from New England College.
Steve Emerson is the Vice President of Sales. He joined Turf Masters Brands in January 2024 and brings 35 years of sales leadership experience, including 29 years in the green industry.
Before joining Turf Masters Brands, Steve held many positions. Some of his prior responsibilities include branch sales manager, director of business development, region sales manager, region manager, and region sales director, as well as senior sales manager of call centers. Steve is very people-centric and believes in building and maintaining a great culture for people development and growth, with a heavy emphasis on customer retention.
Steve studied at the University of Texas-Arlington.
Casie Wilson is the Vice President of Customer Service & Retention for Turf Masters Brands. She joined Turf Masters in 2023, after leading customer service, along with wearing many other hats at All Turf Lawn Care.
Casie is a veteran to the lawn care space, having worked alongside her family to grow the All Turf brand to be one of the largest lawn care businesses in the Atlanta area. Passionate about people, Casie loves to train team members and encourage their personal growth. She has a keen understanding of the customer base and works hard to ensure a positive customer experience across our family of brands.

Gary Clayton brings over 50 Years of experience in the Turf and Lawn Care Industry. He is the Vice President of Agronomy and Technical Services for Turf Masters Brands focusing on the lawn care program offerings. Mr. Clayton joined the Turf Master Brands in 2022 after serving a similar role for All Turf, a platform company.
Gary has held national and regional positions in various technical and business turf industry segments, including the association roles as Technical Director and Executive Vice President of the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA). He received the PLCAA Exemplary Leadership Award and the Lawn & Landscape “Industry Leadership Award” for 2000.
Gary holds an M.S. in Turfgrass Science from the University of Illinois and served as a Research Assistant.
Andy Kadrich brings over 40 years of experience in residential home services to Turf Masters. Mr. Kadrich serves as a Senior Advisor & Board Member for Turf Masters Brands.
Before founding Turf Masters Lawn Care (https://turfmasterslawncare.com) in 2002, which grew to be one of the largest providers of lawn care services in Georgia, Mr. Kadrich worked at Centex HomeTeam Services, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Previous to growing the sales and marketing program for Centex HomeTeam Services, he worked at the largest provider of lawn care services in the U.S. for nearly 15 years, holding positions ranging from Technician to Branch Manager to Sales Manager.
Mr. Kadrich studied Horticulture at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Gary Wilson brings over 20 years of experience in residential home services to Turf Masters. Mr. Wilson serves as Executive Vice President of Supplier Development for Turf Masters Brands, focusing on aligning the Company’s procurement program with its overall expansion strategy.
Gary also serves as the CEO and Founder for All Turf (https://www.allturflawncare.com) a Turf Masters platform company, which continues to be a leading provider of lawn care services within the greater Atlanta market. Prior to All Turf, he worked for an Atlanta-based, family-owned landscaping business. Mr. Wilson studied Business Management at the University of North Georgia.
